What is Elevate by Chef V?

A personalized in-home chef experience that blends restaurant-quality dining with the comfort of your home. From weekly meals to unforgettable plated dinners, we bring ease, elegance, and flavor.

What areas do you serve?

We operate in Ocala, Florida. All meals are cooked on-site in your home kitchen.

Do you only offer private dinners?

Not at all! We offer:

• Couples’ Dinner Series
• Intimate Events
Every experience is custom-tailored to you.

What’s Included with my booking?

You’ll receive:
• Custom menu planning
• Grocery shopping
• On-site cooking + plating
• Light cleanup
Just provide the space — we’ll bring the experience.

How far in advance should I book? 

We recommend 2 weeks in advance. For holidays and special occasions, book early to ensure availability.

Pricing varies by service and menu. We offer tiered packages, and your deposit covers food costs and locks in your date.

On-site Preparation Only: All meals are cooked in your home to ensure freshness, safety, and full transparency.

Client-Provided Kitchen: Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and fully functioning kitchen space.

No Leftovers for Retail: Meals are designed for immediate enjoyment. We do not sell, repackage, or deliver leftovers.

Food Safety First: Chef V follows strict food handling and sanitation protocols at every service.

If you ever have concerns about ingredients, allergens, or sourcing, we’re always happy to talk through it with you!

Who’s behind Elevate by Chef V?

Chef Vanessa “V” Vazquez brings 18+ years of culinary expertise, leadership, and a passion for refined, elegant dining. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and a Certified Executive Chef, she’s led kitchens in luxury hotels, opened new restaurants, and trained hundreds of chefs — all with a commitment to excellence and authenticity. Now, through Elevate by Chef V, she brings that same restaurant-quality experience straight to your table.

What’s Chef V’s culinary background?

Chef V’s journey began with a love for food and hospitality that bloomed into a career spanning fine dining, large-scale operations, and multi-unit leadership. She’s held roles at The Ritz-Carlton, Norman’s, Le Coq Au Vin, and Fresh Kitchen, where she directed training and operations across multiple regions. Her background blends classical technique with real-world execution — ensuring every dish is both artful and grounded in flavor.

What inspires the menus?
